Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain words, what information Golden Sparkle LLC, doing business as Golden Sparkle Cleaning, collects through our website and our text messages, what we do with it and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Partnership inquiries include your name, company, email, optional phone and message. These are private business correspondence, used to respond to your request and kept separately from cleaning bookings and anonymous analytics.
- Your quote answers: the cleaning type, the size of your home, how often you want it cleaned, any extras, and your ZIP code.
- When you book: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the service address, the date and time you choose, and the language you used on the site.
- Device and usage data: basic information about your device and your visit, collected by the advertising and analytics tools described below.
Unfinished bookings: we privately save completed address and contact fields, your selected date and arrival window, project notes and quote choices for up to 30 days to help with your booking. These details are available only to authorized staff, are kept separately from anonymous analytics, and do not trigger marketing or booking emails. Saved draft details are cleared when a booking is submitted; the booking record is retained separately. Expired drafts are removed by a daily cleanup job. These details, with your quote choices, may also be sent to our team's private Discord channels (see Where it lives), even when quote analytics are turned off, only so we can help you finish your booking. With quote analytics on, we also keep the approximate city, region and country of your internet connection with the unfinished booking (never your IP address).
2. How we use it
We use your information to show you your price, to book and manage your cleanings, to send booking emails (request received, confirmation, schedule changes and review requests), to text you about your bookings and occasional offers when you agree (see Text messages (SMS)), to verify account access by email or text message, to answer your calls and messages, and to measure our advertising.
3. Where it lives
Bookings and client details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and processed by our hosting provider, Vercel. Resend handles email delivery, including recipients and message contents. When text-message sign-in is available, Twilio handles phone numbers and verification messages. When enabled, Upstash Redis holds temporary sign-in information, request limits and backup copies of booking requests. New bookings, quote requests, unfinished-booking details, quote progress and taps on our Call, WhatsApp and Text buttons are also sent to private Discord channels that only our team can see, so we can reply quickly. These notifications can include the ad or keyword that brought you; while quote analytics are on, also the kind of device and app you used, your visit number and the last price you saw, and the approximate city of your internet connection; and whether the phone number or email you entered belongs to a returning client (we compare it with our own booking records; the result appears only in these private notifications). We use secure cookies to keep you signed in to your account.
4. Advertising and analytics tools
- Google Ads tag: measures conversions such as a completed booking. If you arrive from one of our ads, a Google forwarding phone number may be shown in place of ours so that calls can be measured.
- Google Analytics: measures visits, traffic sources and website use to help us improve the site. It may use cookies and device identifiers. We do not add your booking contact details or service address to Google Analytics events.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: records events such as viewing a price, tapping Call, WhatsApp or Text, or submitting a booking, used for measurement and to build advertising audiences. Our server also sends Meta these events with your IP address and browser details. We never send Meta your phone number, email, name or address. Our server does not send them when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
- OpenAI Pixel: measures website visits and successful booking submissions to help us understand the performance of our ChatGPT ads. A marker saved in your browser helps prevent duplicate booking events.
- X Ads Pixel: measures website visits and successfully submitted cleaning bookings to help us understand our X ads and build advertising audiences. We keep a booking ID marker in your browser to avoid counting the same booking twice; our booking event sends no additional parameters or customer contact details.
- Plausible: privacy-friendly visit statistics that use no cookies.
Google, Meta and X may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy and X Privacy Policy.
Your quote choices are saved in this browser for up to seven days so you can continue later. This saved quote contains no name, phone, email or street address. Shared quote links contain only cleaning choices and ZIP code.
To recover an unfinished quote after a refresh, we also keep a separate draft in the current browser tab's session storage. It includes your current step and entered answers, including contact details, address and notes. This recovery draft expires after 24 hours of inactivity and is cleared when your booking or turnover inquiry succeeds. It is not included in shared links or anonymous analytics. Unless quote analytics are turned off, this tab also keeps the kind of site or ad your visit came from, with the names of the ad's campaign, ad set, ad or keyword (never a click identifier), so a notification about a tap on our Call, WhatsApp or Text buttons can show it.
Anonymous quote analytics: we record the screens and cleaning choices you see, displayed prices, broad device and marketing-source categories, and whether a booking request succeeds. The device categories (such as iPhone, Android or Mac, and the app whose browser opened our site, such as Instagram) are worked out in your browser; we never send or keep its user agent. Marketing sources include the names of the ad campaign, ad set, ad or search keyword in the link you followed. Our hosting provider tells our server the approximate city, region and country of your internet connection; we keep that text with the quote, never your IP address. We do not include names, contact details, addresses, exact booking dates, payment information or customer notes in these records. An anonymous identifier in this tab connects refreshes for up to seven days. Thirty minutes without activity marks an incomplete attempt; this does not tell us why someone left.
Unless quote analytics are turned off, this browser also keeps a small visit record (gs_visits_v1): how many times you have visited, the day you first came, and the last price you saw with its day. Only those numbers and days are sent, with your quote progress, a booking or a tap on our buttons. Turning off quote analytics below deletes it.
We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these quote analytics. You can also turn them off for this browser:
5. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information.
We never sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.
6. Your choices
- Contact us at info@goldensparklecleaning.com or +1 (305) 954-2124 to access, correct or delete your information.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us (see Text messages (SMS)).
- To stop receiving review request emails, tell us by email or phone and we will turn them off for you.
- You can limit ad tracking with your browser's cookie settings and with the ad controls offered by Google, Meta and X in your account settings.
7. Retention
We keep booking history for business records. New backup copies of booking requests in Upstash Redis expire after 30 days. Older backup copies may remain until separately removed; this expiry does not delete the main booking history in Supabase. Notifications sent to our private Discord channels stay there until our team deletes them.
8. Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Text messages (SMS)
- Who sends them: Golden Sparkle LLC (Golden Sparkle Cleaning), from our business number +1 (305) 954-2124. One-time sign-in codes for your account are sent through our verification provider, Twilio, and may come from a different number.
- What you will receive: booking confirmations, scheduling and arrival updates, reminders, follow-ups after your cleaning and occasional offers. If you sign in to your account by text, you also get a one-time sign-in code.
- How you agree: by giving your phone number on our booking, quote or contact forms, next to the notice that explains these texts, or by texting or calling us and asking to receive texts.
- Booking and offers: we need a phone number to book, so we can confirm and coordinate your cleaning. You can still book and stop offers, or any texts, at any time by replying STOP.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- How to stop: reply STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any text. You will get one confirmation text and no more texts after that. We may still call or email you about a cleaning you already booked. Reply START to receive texts again.
- Help: reply HELP to any text, or contact us at +1 (305) 954-2124 or info@goldensparklecleaning.com.
- Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays with us. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We never send your phone number to Meta or any other advertising service. Our texting providers (Quo for our business number and Twilio for sign-in codes) handle your number only to deliver our messages to you.
